Account Deletion Request
You can request account deletion for the ittae app.
Before Deleting Your Account
Warning: Account deletion cannot be undone. After deletion, all data will be permanently removed.
Information to be deleted:
- Account information (email, profile info, etc.)
- All content created in the app
- Usage history and settings
- Other personal information
Processing Period:
After receiving the deletion request, within 30 days your account and related data will be completely deleted.
How to Request Account Deletion
1. Delete directly in the app
The fastest method. You can delete your account directly from the app.
Steps:
- Open the ittae app
- Go to Settings menu
- Account Management → Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
2. Request via email
If you cannot access the app or have issues, request via email.

- Registered email address
- Reason for deletion request (optional)
- Additional information for verification (if needed)
Frequently Asked Questions
Will all my data really be deleted?
Yes, upon account deletion, all personal information and app usage data will be completely deleted in accordance with privacy laws. However, some information that must be retained by legal obligation may be stored separately for the period prescribed by relevant laws.
Can I sign up again after deletion?
Yes, you can sign up with a new account anytime after deletion. However, previous data cannot be recovered.
Can I cancel my deletion request?
Cancellation is possible until the actual deletion is processed. If you wish to cancel, please contact our support team immediately.
Can I check the deletion status?
If you requested via email, we will send a confirmation email when processing is complete. For additional inquiries, please contact our support team.
